Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Preparing Master Project

Plan with list of related system level & functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan, budget plan & time plan and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project.

- Gateway tracking - Prepare / work out activity charts with dependent activities and work out efficient path identify critical path critical activity and resources.
- Facilitate management reviews.
- Prepare, Monitor & Track Budget, Cost , Quality and delivery Timeline of the project and escalate the discrepancies to the superiors with probable solutions.
- Able to mentor and handle team with strong leadership and ownership mindset.
- Have strong problem solving and communication skill and comfortable working in quick paced work environment
- Managing escalations and coach team members by resolving conflicts to debottleneck open issues with necessary decision making
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback, ensure effective communication within team.




- Lead and coordinate as PT SPOC and work closely with stakeholders within Powertrain and Platform team for seamless project execution and Powertrain delivery as per plan
- Co-ordinate with internal/ external agencies for Composite project ratings assessment of the projects.
- Support PM / PM-Lead and DH on Project Investment submission and resource availability and facilitate & drive the process flow for project work
- Risk analysis and mitigation. Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made available
- Coordinate with Plant manufacturing team for aggregate build and concerns resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholders.
- To manage PMO Activities Eg. Budget management (Capex, Revenue), MIS etc.,
