Lead New Product Introduction, Transition to Manufacturing leveraging vending eco system, product development and business coordination for defence-related mechanical and electronic systems

Role KRAs

- Manage end to end product lifecycle for defence products and systems
- Handle product development (NPD / R&D;), planning, sourcing, vendor coordination
- Work closely with defence customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and execution plans
- Prepare product roadmaps, technical specifications, BOM coordination and validation plans
- Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and field deployment activities
- Coordinate supplier development and ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and engineering change management
- Support compliance, documentation, and defence qualification activities

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Electro Mechanical systems, Motors and Drive, Hub motor, Electrical & electronics systems
- Experience in handling cross-functional engineering teams.
- ESSENTIAL - Experience in Electric vehice / Agro EV / defence projects / rugged mobility platforms




- Good communication and leadership capability
