Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable tile/product suggestions.
- Lead and supervise showroom sales staff.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain product displays, samples, catalogues, and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, architects, contractors, and customers.
- Handle billing, payments, sales reports, and basic documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in tiles, sanitaryware,



building materials, interior products, or showroom sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers, billing, and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented, confident, and responsible.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary: ₹ 15000 to 20000 + Incentives, depending on experience
