About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Licensing & Registration to lead and manage end-to-end statutory licensing and registration activities across India. The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate procurement, renewal, amendment, and maintenance of licenses and registrations, while managing stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead PAN-India licensing and registration operations across multiple locations.
- Manage end-to-end procurement, renewal, amendment, and closure of statutory licenses.
- Oversee compliances including FSSAI, Trade License, Shop & Establishment, CLRA, PT, LWF, and other applicable registrations.
- Ensure timely preparation, review, filing, and follow-up of applications with relevant authorities.
- Liaise with government departments, municipal authorities, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor statutory timelines and ensure 100% timely renewal and compliance.
- Review compliance status, identify gaps, and drive timely resolution and escalation.
- Manage and maintain centralized licensing trackers, MIS, documentation, and audit-ready records.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Establish effective tracking and escalation mechanisms to minimize delays, penalties, and operational disruptions.




- Provide regular management reports and updates on licensing and registration status.
- Stay updated with Central and State-specific regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations. Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Certification/course in Labour Law, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs will be an added advantage.
- 6 10 years of relevant experience in licensing, statutory compliance, or regulatory affairs.
- Hands-on experience in PAN-India licensing and registration management.
- Experience handling FSSAI, Trade License, Shop &

• Establishment, CLRA, PT, LWF, and other statutory registrations.

- Experience in government liaison, consultant/vendor coordination, and compliance audits.
- Prior experience managing multiple locations and compliance timelines.
