We are lookingfor a visionary Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the clinicallogic, workflow mapping, and evaluation framework for our next-generationAgentic AI healthcare solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap betweenadvanced multi-agent AI engineering and real-world clinical and operationalworkflows across the Indian healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Solutioning& AI Architecture Support: Collaborate with enterprise AI architects todefine the logic, datasets, and decision-making workflows for autonomous AIagents, ensuring they mirror real-world hospital and clinical workflowsaccurately.

Education:Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Medicine (MBBS, MD, BDS), BiomedicalEngineering, Healthcare Management (MHA/MBA), or Health Informatics.

CoreExperience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience within healthcare deliverysystems, leading health-tech startups, or healthcare IT consulting firms.

DomainExpertise: Comprehensive understanding of hospital operations, ClinicalDecision Support Systems (CDSS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and patientcare pathways.

WorkflowMapping & Transformation: Translate complex medical scenarios, clinicalpathways, Electronic Health Record (EHR) data structures, and billing/revenuecycle management (RCM) sequences into transparent functional specifications fortechnology teams.

ClinicalSafety & Validation: Design and execute validation frameworks, clinicalgrading rubrics, and red-teaming protocols to test LLM/Agentic AI performance.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to AI hallucinations, clinicalbias,



and edge-case exceptions.

Regulatory& Standards Compliance: Guide the development teams on medical informaticsand interoperability data standards, including FHIR, HL7, SNOMED-CT, ICD-10/11,and India-specific compliance protocols like the Ayushman Bharat DigitalMission (ABDM) and the DPDP Act.

ClientAdvisory & Change Management: Interact directly with healthcare CXOs (ChiefMedical Officers, hospital directors, health-tech heads) to present AIroadmaps, demonstrate technical capability, and manage the transition towardAI-augmented workflows.

Asset & IP Development: Contribute to Accenture's reusableasset library by documenting best practices, creating standardized clinicalprompt books, and designing template agent blueprints for common care paths(e.g., triage, chronic disease management, automated clinical reporting).

Skills:

Deepfamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7 API models).

Provenexperience working across cross-functional matrix teams comprising datascientists, software engineers, and corporate leadership.

Excellentcommunication skills to distill complex clinical jargon into developer-friendlylogic, and vice versa.

Priorexperience deploying automation, RPA, or conversational AI tools inside a majorhospital network (Tier-1 or corporate chains).

Familiarity with Cloud Healthcare APIs (AWS HealthLake, GoogleCloud Healthcare API, or Azure API for FHIR).
