Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager - Finance to join our Finance team. In this role you will support day-to-day financial operations, assist with reporting and bookkeeping, and help ensure accurate and timely financial records. You will work closely with senior finance and operations stakeholders and gain broad exposure across accounting, compliance, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of accurate financial records

- Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding items

- Help prepare management reports, expense summaries, and budget-vs-actual analyses

- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable tax and statutory filing requirements

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial data and resolve discrepancies

- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation

- Contribute to improving finance processes, templates,



and internal controls

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in numerical work

- Positive communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Nice to Have

- Prior internship or work experience in a finance or accounts team

- Exposure to financial planning tools or ERP systems
