Position: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: South India

Experience: 3-5 Years Post-Qualification in Textile / Manufacturing

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function and work closely with Management on financial reporting, business analysis, working capital, budgeting and strategic decision-making.

Candidates with experience in textile/spinning mills or manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Finance & Accounts, MIS and Management Reporting .
- Prepare and review Ind AS financial statements, schedules and reconciliations .
- Manage working capital, cash flows, receivables, payables and treasury .
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis .
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances .
- Manage banking relationships,



working capital limits and fund requirements .
- Monitor costing, margins, EBITDA and profitability .
- Conduct ROI, IRR, payback and feasibility analysis for Capex and business proposals.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors .
- Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and reporting systems .
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to Management.
- Lead and develop the Finance team .
