About Position:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Ethics, Governance, and Internal Audit function of the organization. The role involves driving business ethics initiatives, conducting whistleblower investigations, managing governance processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting internal audit activities. The individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, accountability, and adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards.

What You'll Do:
- Drive and support the Ethics and Governance Framework across the organization.
- Conduct independent investigations of whistleblower complaints and reported ethics concerns including accurate documentation and meeting agreed TAT.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Support Audit partners in executing audit activities, including stakeholder coordination and administrative support.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager to support the Ethics, Governance, and Internal Audit function.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Fraud Investigation, Business Ethics, Internal Audit, Governance, Compliance, or Policy Development.
- Strong understanding of ethics and governance frameworks, whistleblower investigations, and internal control environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Robust analytical, investigative, and logical thinking capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
- Strong documentation, case management, and reporting capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent relevant certifications are preferred.
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
