We are looking for an experienced Manager - Dispatch Warehouse Operations to manage the complete warehouse, inventory movement, dispatch and logistics operations at our Atgaon location. The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse functioning, accurate inventory management, timely dispatches and coordination with internal teams and transporters.

- Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations

- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Ensure proper material arrangement, identification and storage within the warehouse.

- Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, cleanliness and efficient space utilization.

- Supervise warehouse staff, helpers and operators and allocate daily responsibilities.

- Inventory Management

- Monitor physical stock and ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.

- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.

- Track inward and outward material movement and maintain proper documentation.

- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and excess inventory and take corrective action.

- Dispatch Management

- Plan and monitor daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Ensure correct product, quantity, packaging and documentation before dispatch.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts and other internal departments for smooth order execution.

- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders and minimize dispatch delays.

- Logistics Transport Coordination

- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners and logistics vendors.

- Plan vehicles and transportation as per dispatch requirements.





- Negotiate and monitor transportation arrangements wherever required.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Documentation MIS

- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, delivery challans, invoices, dispatch records and material movement.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS related to warehouse, inventory and dispatch.

- Maintain records of pending orders, dispatched orders, shortages, damages and delivery status.

- Team Management

- Lead and supervise the warehouse and dispatch team.

- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to defined processes.

- Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety and inventory handling.

- Process Improvement

- Implement systems and processes to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.

- Improve inventory accuracy, space utilization and dispatch turnaround time.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

What were looking for

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Operations or a related field.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or supply chain operations.

- Experience managing a warehouse team and complete dispatch operations.

- Robust knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

- Good understanding of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.

- Strong coordination, problem-solving and team-management skills.

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products or trading companies will be preferred.
