ABOUT THE COMPANY

Global Tax Masters is India's leading Customs and Indirect Tax advisory firm specializing in MOOWR (Manufacture and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations) scheme. We've successfully registered 500+ manufacturing and export entities across auto components, steel, textiles, pharma, plastics, and chemicals sectors. We are expanding our North India presence to serve Delhi NCR and Punjab manufacturing hubs.

THE ROLE

You will be the primary business development and advisory representative for Global Tax Masters in North India, responsible for lead qualification, on-site feasibility assessment, and Customs liaison for MOOWR clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and qualify prospective MOOWR clients in Delhi NCR; build and manage a lead pipeline
- Conduct on-site feasibility visits to client manufacturing facilities to assess MOOWR eligibility
- Evaluate production processes, warehouse infrastructure, and compliance readiness
- Represent the firm in initial meetings and follow-ups with Customs authorities
- Prepare feasibility scoping notes and reports for the Pune technical team
- Travel to Ludhiana as needed (2-3 times per month) and occasional Pune visits

WORK BREAKDOWN:

- 40% - Lead generation, discovery, and qualification
- 35% - On-site feasibility assessments & plant visits
- 20% - Customs liaison and client support
- 5% - Relationship management and account reviews

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have 4-7 years in at least one of:

- Customs brokerage, Customs clearance, or trade compliance
- MOOWR scheme advisory or implementation
- Manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production planning
- FTP/DGFT or Customs duty advisory

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Deep understanding of MOOWR scheme (Sections 58 & 65, Customs Act 1962)
- Knowledge of ICD procedures and Customs clearance processes




- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and plant operations
- Fluent in Hindi & English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with 60-70% travel in North India
- Self-driven business development experience
- Proficiency with CRM, MS Excel, and professional documentation
- Strong client relationship and trust-building skills

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

- Experience in Ludhiana or Delhi NCR industrial zones (auto, steel, textiles, plastics)
- Background in auto components, steel, textiles, or chemicals manufacturing
- Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Prior EPCG or Advance Authorisation scheme exposure

NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:

- Are a fresher or have less than 4 years experience
- Have only pure sales/marketing background with no Customs/operations exposure
- Are uncomfortable with travel or on-site plant visits
- Cannot maintain strict confidentiality with high-net-worth clients
- Are looking to jump roles frequently

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

- Base Salary: ₹5-8 LPA (based on experience & sector background)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 5% based on lead quality, client satisfaction, registrations closed
