About the Role

Capseed is seeking a motivated Junior Loan & Operations Intern to support our growing finance and lending operations in the UAE. This role works closely with Sarfaraz and the wider team to assist in loan administration, broker coordination, and digital marketing support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, private lending, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day loan processing and administration tasks
- Support communication with brokers and lending partners (calls, follow-ups, updates)
- Maintain and update CRM and internal tracking systems
- Help prepare and organise loan documentation
- Assist in coordinating with brokers to progress deals
- Support basic digital marketing activities (social media updates, lead generation support, email follow-ups)
- General administrative and operational support to the lending team

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills (phone and email confident)




- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Basic understanding of finance or interest in lending/property finance preferred
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, or digital platforms is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
