Responsibilities

- Oversee Security Operations &
- Plant Security Management including Access Control &
- Gate Management, CCTV Surveillance &
- Monitoring.
- Conduct Security Risk Assessment &
- Threat Identification to ensure a safe and secure setting.
- Manage Emergency &
- Crisis Management protocols and Incident Investigation &
- Reporting procedures.
- Implement Fire &
- Safety Awareness protocols and oversee Material Inward/Outward Control for loss prevention.
- Lead Manpower Planning &
- Security Deployment, as well as Security Guard Training &
- Supervision.
- Coordinate with Police &
- Government Authorities for Industrial Security &
- Perimeter Protection.
- Develop and implement Security SOPs, conduct Security Audit &
- Compliance checks.
- Handle Visitor &
- Vehicle Management, Conflict Management &
- Crowd Control effectively.
- Ensure Intelligence Gathering &
- Preventive Security measures are in place for Emergency Response &
- Disaster Preparedness.
- Manage Contractor &
- Labour Security,



including supervising security personnel and training programs.

Requirements

- 15-20 years of experience in Security Management with a focus on Industrial Security.
- Proficiency in Security Operations, Risk Assessment, Incident Response, and CCTV Surveillance.
- Strong skills in Access Control, Crisis Management, and Loss Prevention strategies.
- Experience in coordinating with external authorities, developing Security SOPs, and conducting Security Audits.
- Knowledge of Fire &
- Safety protocols, Emergency Response procedures, and Security Guard Training.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination and management.
