Role Description

This full-time, in office Management Trainee role is designed to develop future leaders for Malabar Group.

Management

Trainee will rotate across key departments such as sales, operations, marketing,



and finance to gain a comprehensive understanding of the showroom's end-to-end business processes. Daily responsibilities include supporting store sales and back-office operations, assisting in data analysis and reporting, participating in planning and execution of business initiatives, and contributing to customer experience and service quality improvement.

Management

Trainees are expected to take initiative, learn quickly, and apply insights to improve efficiency and support strategic business growth.

Eligibility

MBA / PGDM / B.Tech / Postgraduate degree in any discipline

Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals
