About the Role

Autobahn Trucking Pvt. Ltd., a leading dealer for BharatBenz commercial vehicles, is looking for ambitious and driven Management Trainees to join our growing team. This role is a fast-tracked learning chance designed specifically for recent graduates. You will gain hands-on exposure to high-level corporate operations, cross-functional business strategies, and customer relationship management within a premier automotive brand.

Our goal is to train, mentor, and scale fresh talent into future leaders within the Autobahn ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Training: Shadow and assist senior department heads across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Administration to understand the core mechanics of the commercial vehicle business.

Process Optimization: Assist in daily operational tasks, track key performance metrics, and help identify areas to improve efficiency in the branch.

Reporting & Analytics:



Prepare daily and weekly management reports, assist with data entry into the HRIS/ERP systems, and present findings to the management team.

Project Execution: Support regional managers in executing special projects, promotional drives, and branch expansion strategies.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination: Learn to handle client inquiries, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless communication between departments.

Requirements

Education: Recent graduate with a BBA or MBA degree.

Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a high level of adaptability.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
