About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic BD On-Job Trainee to support our business development activities focused on the US and Canada market. The role primarily involves professional calling, communication with potential clients, and supporting lead-generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make professional outbound calls to clients/prospects in the US market.
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the BD team for lead conversion and further communication.
- Develop a professional understanding of B2B business development and international markets.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Positive English pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients, particularly US-based prospects.
- Prior BPO, telecalling, customer support, or international calling experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
