Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Trainee to join our Engineering Department. This is a valuable opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in hotel engineering and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Engineering team in day-to-day maintenance activities.

- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance work.

- Assist in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and general maintenance activities.

- Help identify and report maintenance issues to the Engineering team.

- Assist in maintaining engineering tools, equipment and work areas.

- Support regular inspection and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.

- Follow safety procedures and departmental standards.

- Coordinate with other departments when required for maintenance-related issues.





- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of engineering and maintenance activities.

- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Positive attitude, discipline and ability to work in a hotel environment.
