Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth functioning, safety, and upkeep of the healthcare facility, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
- Attend to day-to-day maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Check and maintain lights, switches, sockets, wiring, power points, and other electrical installations.
- Handle basic plumbing work, including leakage, drainage, taps, and water supply issues.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance of ACs, generators, UPS, elevators, and other facility equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and as per healthcare facility standards.
- Immediately report major breakdowns, safety hazards, or technical issues to the reporting manager.




- Support emergency maintenance requirements whenever necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of maintenance areas and tools.
- Follow all safety, infection-control, and facility protocols applicable to the healthcare workplace.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical trade.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, hotel, commercial building, or similar facility maintenance.
- Experience in a healthcare facility will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
- Good coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Conditions

- Willingness to work on weekends/holidays or in emergencies when required.
- May need to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside regular working hours.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
