Role & responsibilities

- Preventive &
- Breakdown Support:

Assist the maintenance team in routine and emergency repairs of mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical equipment.

- Machine Health Monitoring: Help track equipment performance through basic checks like temperature, vibration, and noise-level observations.

- Lubrication &

- Upkeep:

Follow structured schedules for oiling, greasing, and general upkeep of plant machinery components.

- Assisting Senior Technicians: Support overhaul activities, part replacements, and alignment work under the guidance of maintenance engineers.

- Documentation &

- Compliance:

Help maintain logs for daily maintenance, tool indenting, and safety standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and BRCGS guidelines).

- Safety &

- GMP Adherence:





Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean shop floor.

Required Skills &

- Competencies

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machine tools, or electrical panels depending on the trade.

- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read easy technical manuals, component diagrams, and work instructions.

- Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn root-cause analysis for machine stoppages and downtime.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long shifts, work in industrial plant conditions, and handle basic tool kits.
