1. Machine Installation & Commissioning

- Install and commission CNC turning, VMC, HMC and other CNC machines.
- Machine leveling, alignment and geometric accuracy checks.

2. Breakdown & Troubleshooting

- CNC control alarms
- Servo and spindle alarms
- PLC-related faults
- Electrical and wiring problems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic issues
- Lubrication and coolant systems
- ATC/APC and tool-change problems
- Axis movement and homing problems
- Reduce machine downtime through quick and systematic fault diagnosis.

3. Preventive Maintenance

- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM).
- Check machine accuracy, backlash, vibration and abnormal noise.
- Inspect ball screws, linear guideways, bearings, belts and couplings.
- Check hydraulic pressure, lubrication, coolant and pneumatic systems.
- Replace wear parts and recommend corrective actions.

4. CNC Control & Electrical





- Troubleshoot FANUC / Siemens CNC systems.
- Diagnose servo, spindle, encoder and feedback-related issues.
- Check PLC I/O and machine interlocks.
- Handle parameters, offsets and backup/restore activities as authorized.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

5. Mechanical Service

- Troubleshoot spindle, chuck, turret, tool changer and axis mechanisms.
- Check machine alignment and mechanical condition.
- Attend ball screw, linear guideway, bearing and coupling-related issues.

Support spindle and mechanical component replacement/reconditioning. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
