- Provide technical expertise on Microsoft 365 (MS365) platform, including implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using MS365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power Automate (formerly known as Flow), etc.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on MS365 applications and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS365 implementations and resolve them efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on MS365 implementation and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of MS900 functionalities including Finance module setup; MS102 certification preferred but not mandatory.
