We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage our entire supply chain, warehousing and distribution operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Delivery:

Plan and schedule daily vehicle dispatch and delivery routes Ensure on-time delivery of food products to clients / branches

Coordinate with drivers, transporters and 3rd party logistics

Track vehicles and ensure cold chain maintenance (for food products)

1. Warehouse & Inventory:

Manage warehouse operations - inward, outward,
1. Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare LR, Delivery Challan, E-way Bill, Invoices Maintain logistics cost sheets and reports
1. Team Management:

Supervise logistics staff, loaders, drivers and warehouse assistants Assign duties and monitor performance

Train team on safety and food handling





1. Cost Control & Coordination:

Reduce logistics cost and control fuel / vehicle maintenance Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Production departments

Solve delivery issues and customer complaints related to logistics

Requirements

2-4 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain (Food industry preferred)

Knowledge of warehouse management, transportation,

Positive communication and team handling skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and logistics software

Valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
