WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily deliveries and vehicle schedules.

- Plan and coordinate dispatches with the warehouse and drivers.

- Prepare and maintain delivery documents and records.

- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely deliveries.

- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Customers, and Drivers.

- Monitor loading and unloading of materials.

- Maintain proper records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle documents.

- Handle customer delivery-related queries and follow up when required.

- Ensure smooth and timely completion of daily logistics operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/dispatch coordination.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Experience in tiles, granite, marble, or building materials is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
