Team Leadership

Motivate, guide, and drive team performance to achieve operational goals.

Logistics Expertise

Hands on experience with OTR and Drayage operations. US logistics experience is preferred.

Freight Brokerage Knowledge

Practical understanding of freight brokerage operations, processes, and industry practices.

Sales and Client Relations

Proven ability to generate new business and build strong, long term client relationships.





Leadership Mindset A proactive leader who takes initiative, stays calm under pressure, and leads from the front.
