Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling to connect with potential customers and promote suitable loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Handle customer interactions, follow-ups, and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer details.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Loan Sales or a relevant sales role.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Solid communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Good understanding of loan products and sales processes.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
