Role Description The LinkedIn Content & Outreach Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content on LinkedIn to build brand awareness and engagement for Digital Tohfa and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, optimizing content for LinkedIn, managing content calendars, and monitoring performance metrics.

The intern will also identify and engage with relevant connections, groups, and prospects, and assist in outreach campaigns to grow networks and generate leads. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Camp,



requiring close collaboration with the marketing team and adherence to professional communication standards on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and professional interpersonal communication.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create engaging, concise, and platform-appropriate LinkedIn content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to support planning, scheduling, and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn as a professional networking and marketing platform, including posting, analytics, and outreach features.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and comfort working with performance metrics and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
