Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to generate qualified B2B leads and support business growth through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, personal branding, social selling, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute LinkedIn lead-generation strategies.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn content to increase brand visibility.
- Manage company and founder LinkedIn profiles.
- Research target industries, competitors, companies, and prospects.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track outreach activities.
- Prepare weekly performance reports on lead generation and campaign results.




- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing, Lead Generation, Business Development, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation, email outreach, and social selling.
- Ability to create professional LinkedIn posts and campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B services, KPO, IT, or US Accounting/Recruitment.
- Familiarity with Canva, Excel, and AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
