ABOUT THE ROLE:

Biotecnika is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Life Sciences Program Consultant to join our team. The role involves interacting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and requirements, providing information about Biotecnika’s biotechnology and life sciences training programs, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

This chance is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in Biotechnology and Life Sciences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Interact with prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

·Understand learners’ educational backgrounds, career interests, and requirements.

·Provide accurate information about Biotecnika’s biotechnology and life sciences training programs.

·Guide prospective learners in selecting suitable programs based on their career goals.

·Conduct regular follow-ups with interested learners.





·Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing learners.

·Support the enrollment process and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

·Maintain accurate and updated learner information in CRM.

·Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience.

·Identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of Biotecnika’s programs.

ELIGIBILITY:

·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.

·Candidates with B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., or M.Tech. qualifications are eligible.

·0–1 year of experience in customer interaction, inside sales, counselling, tele-calling, customer support, or related fields.

·Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
