Role Description The Line Operator role is a full time, on-site position based at Ish Solar’s manufacturing facility in Surat.

The Line

Operator will operate and monitor production machinery on the solar panel and solar cell manufacturing lines, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Daily responsibilities include checking materials, setting up equipment, performing basic adjustments, and reporting any mechanical issues to maintenance teams.



The role involves performing visual and measurement-based inspections to maintain product quality, recording production data, and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Line Operators will also support team communication on shift progress, follow training guidelines, and participate in process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and basic production line handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail for inspecting products.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills for working effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Candidates should possess Training and learning agility to follow instructions and adopt new procedures.
- Candidates should possess Computer Literacy for entering production data and using basic digital tools.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, electronics, or solar industry is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, follow safety protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or electronics is an advantage.
