About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Operations & Research Intern to join our Legal, IP Policy team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience at the intersection of corporate legal strategy, project management, and legal research.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and organize the central legal repository, IP filings, contract archives, and policy databases.

 Create and update tracking systems for active contracts, execution status, policy updates, ongoing cases.

 Assist the team in updating standardized drafts, legal templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal policy documents, including CLM implementation.

 Conduct research on legal, regulatory intellectual property (IP), and policy topics.

 Assist in structuring key legal initiatives by breaking down broad objectives into clear task maps, actionable steps, and deliverables.

 Monitor project milestones,



follow up on pending action items, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Pursuing a Law degree in Bangalore.

 Robust analytical, organizational, research, and writing skills.

 Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office,

 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
