We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to handle legal support for Government/PSU tenders, RFPs and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate RFPs, tenders, NDAs, MAFs, EOIs and bid documents.
- Review, redline and negotiate commercial, IT, infrastructure, EPC and service contracts.
- Prepare and support pre-bid legal queries and proposed deviations.
- Advise internal teams on legal and contractual risks.
- Ensure tender submissions comply with government procurement rules and requirements.
- Handle contractual negotiations with Government authorities and PSUs.
Requirements:
- Experience in Government/PSU tenders, RFPs and commercial contracts.
- Robust contract drafting, negotiation and legal risk assessment skills.
- Knowledge of Government procurement rules and regulations.
