Who Should Apply:

Law students and recent law graduates who want practical exposure to international legal work.

No prior LPO or U.S. legal experience is required. The first month will be a training and assessment period where you will be trained from the ground up.

What matters most is strong written English, attention to detail, reliability, research ability, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Why This Is Different:

This is an alternative to the conventional route of beginning your legal career solely through court or chamber practice.

You will gain hands-on exposure to U.S. legal work and international law firm operations, while learning how matters are actually managed behind the scenes. Instead of an observational internship, you will be trained on real-world legal support workflows, professional software, drafting, research, case management, deadlines, and client communication.

The objective is to develop you into someone capable of independently supporting international legal matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will receive hands-on training and gradually work on:

- Legal research and drafting
- Case file and document management




- Reviewing and organising records and evidence
- Calendaring and deadline tracking
- Legal software and case management systems
- Paralegal and virtual legal assistant support
- Professional communication and administrative support
- U.S. legal matters across different practice areas

PPO & Growth: This is intended to be a pathway into a full-time Legal Associate role, not just a short-term internship.

The first month will serve as a paid training and assessment period. Candidates who successfully complete the assessment and demonstrate the required standard of work may receive a PPO for a full time Legal Associate position.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, take ownership of their work, and grow with the team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
