Job Summary

We are looking for an L&D; professional who can manage the complete learning and development lifecycle of an organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing corporate learning and development programs, including coordination with external institutions and management development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end L&D; lifecycle within the organization.
- Identify organizational and employee learning requirements.
- Plan and execute corporate learning and development programs.
- Coordinate Management Development Programs (MDPs).
- Work with external institutions, training partners and educational organizations.
- Manage learning programs for corporate teams and business functions.
- Coordinate program planning, execution, logistics and stakeholder communication.
- Track participation, completion and effectiveness of L&D; initiatives.
- Maintain L&D; calendars, records and program documentation.




- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational requirements.

Preferred Profile

- Strong experience in corporate L&D; / Learning & Development.
- Proven experience managing corporate development programs.
- Experience in MDP/program coordination is preferred.
- Experience working with external institutes/institutions.
- Strong program/project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Trainer experience is not mandatory; candidates who have managed and executed L&D; programs are suitable.
- Candidates from TA/HR backgrounds with robust L&D; program management exposure can also be considered.
