Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Site Content Author with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create, manage, and optimize digital content across enterprise websites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM authoring, web content management, SEO best practices, and digital asset management. This role requires close collaboration with designers, developers, marketers, and content teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences while ensuring compliance with brand and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Content Authoring &

- Management

- Create, edit, and publish web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Manage content using AEM templates, components, content fragments, and experience fragments.
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital assets within AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.

Quality Assurance &

- Publishing

- Review content for formatting, functionality, broken links, and spelling/grammatical accuracy before publication.
- Conduct content validation and quality checks across devices and browsers.
- Manage content publishing workflows and support release activities.

SEO &

- Accessibility

- Implement SEO best practices including meta descriptions, page titles, alt text, and URL optimization.
- Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability guidelines.
- Optimize content structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

Collaboration &

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with UI/UX designers, developers, copywriters, and marketing teams to launch campaigns and site enhancements.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver content updates within project timelines.
- Provide guidance on content authoring best practices and AEM capabilities.

Governance &

- Compliance

- Enforce brand guidelines, content standards, and compliance requirements across all web properties.
- Maintain content consistency and governance across multiple pages and digital experiences.
- Participate in content audits and remediation activities to improve site quality.

Experience

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Content Author, Web Content Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level websites and digital content.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- AEM Authoring
- Core Components
- Content Fragments
- Experience Fragments
- AEM DAM (Digital Asset Management)
- Content Publishing Workflows

- Working knowledge of:

- HTML/CSS fundamentals
- SEO best practices
- Web content management principles
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)

Certifications

- Adobe Certified Qualified or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Experience supporting multilingual or global websites.
- Exposure to content migration projects and website redesign initiatives.
- Understanding digital marketing and customer experience principles.
