Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can manage online prospecting and outbound outreach to generate quality leads and meetings.

Lead Generation & Outreach Executive: Someone who can find the right business prospects, run cold email, WhatsApp Marketing, Apollo and LinkedIn outreach using AI tools, follow up systematically, and generate qualified meetings/leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and decision-makers.
- Research companies and build targeted prospect lists.
- Execute outreach through Email, WhatsApp, Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Create personalized outreach messages with the help of AI tools.
- Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain a structured follow-up process.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.




- Generate appointments and qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead databases and outreach reports.
- Monitor response rates and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

- 1+ year relevant experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales or Outreach.
- Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Knowledge of cold email and WhatsApp Marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools for lead generation.
- Strong research, communication and follow-up abilities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
