Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to research and connect with potential clients through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, email, social media, databases, and other lead-generation tools to find prospects.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, interest, and potential.




- Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases/CRM.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation activities and performance.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
