Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted research, outbound outreach, and follow-up activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining lead databases, conducting market research to understand prospects and industry trends, and engaging potential clients via calls, emails, and professional networks.

The Lead Generation

Executive will collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, share prospect insights,



and support conversion efforts. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, updating CRM tools, and continuously refining lead generation strategies to improve results.

Qualifications

- Strong ability to identify and qualify new leads, with experience in lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Proficiency in market research to analyze industries, target segments, and competitor landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills for professional outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.
- Foundational sales skills, including understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and client engagement.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and basic productivity software.
- Ability to work in office in Patna, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
