Job responsibility The candidate should have very good experience in dealing with various Govt authorities and Bodies -- Commissioners, Collectors, CEO, Regional Directors and MD to resolve ROW issues and with Builder Group and societies to submit the proposals and get the permissions.

Coordination with top builder groups to take the permission for building connectivity for under construction projects to get first mover advantage. Major PROW permissions from Builders having commercial complexes in multiple cities.

The aspirant must have in-depth understanding about the ROW /PROW permissions, Smart City fibre permission and deployment permission from State/UT Authority as well as Fiber permission on OPGW/Street Infrastructure. He should have good exposure in dealing with State NHAI & PWD authorities. The aspirant will have to develop new relations to mitigate the field challenges to meet emergency conditions.

He will need to ensure Regulatory Compliance with DoT, COAI & DIPA and ensure tie ups with new upcoming Data Centres across India.

Frame Policy and Guidelines for OSP & ROW to meet rollout of near network and green field routes to meet the business targets. Identify and evaluate the new methods to get the permissions. Effectively resolve all escalated permissions related issues during the field OSP work / Ops.

It is the responsibility of the Estate manager to maintain good relations with all stake holders in the market and deliver the targets and strictly follow the company’s regulations and policies.

Estate Manger has to coordinate with the team of SD teams, Network team, OSP Construction, Planning, Finance, Vendor and project management staff for cases where regional teams are unable to close. The ability to multitask and work in coordination with various departments teams is a must.

Onboard new vendors for faster roll out of Near existing network and green field targets.

Lead site acquisition activities, including identification, evaluation, and finalization of suitable locations for network infrastructure deployment.





Conduct commercial negotiations with landlords, vendors, and service providers to secure favourable terms and ensure cost optimization.

Manage budget planning, forecasting, and approval processes for network transition and infrastructure projects.

Drive the creation and deployment of parallel network infrastructure to facilitate smooth migration activities with minimal service disruption.

Plan, coordinate, and execute network and customer traffic migration, ensuring service continuity, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Network Operations, Planning, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Project Management) and external stakeholders (landlords, vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities) for effective project delivery.

Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues and stakeholder alignment.

Ensure a seamless handover and closure of existing sites, including coordination with landlords, contract settlement, asset recovery, and compliance with organizational policies.

Track project progress through regular reporting and governance reviews, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline commitments.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce transition risks, and strengthen network reliability with sustenance Project delivery on time.
