Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL applications.
- Interact with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize complex Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
- Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning to improve system efficiency.
- Drive code reviews, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers.
- Participate in effort estimation, project planning, and delivery management.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.
