Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Agent Security / Security Architect to provide architecture leadership, technical governance, stakeholder management, design authority, escalation support, and quality assurance for an enterprise AI Agent Security capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own AI Agent Security architecture, control patterns, trust boundaries, and technical roadmap.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, risk decisions, exception handling, and production-change quality gates.
- Design security solutions across endpoint, data center, cloud, and Kubernetes environments.
- Define and implement microsegmentation, workload security, telemetry, monitoring, and enforcement strategies.
- Work with Cisco Hypershield, Cisco DefenseClaw, Cisco AI Defense, and related enterprise security platforms.
- Define AI-agent threat scenarios and detection priorities with SOC and cyber-defense teams.
- Lead integrations with SIEM, IAM, ITSM, APIs, telemetry pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive technical escalations, defect resolution, resilience/rollback strategies, and operational acceptance.
- Mentor senior engineers and ensure quality of configurations, detections, testing, runbooks,



and transition deliverables.

Required Expertise

- Expert-level enterprise network security and microsegmentation.
- Solid experience with workload security and segmentation architecture.
- Advanced Cloud & Kubernetes security experience.
- Advanced detection engineering and SOC architecture experience.
- Strong security architecture, governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SIEM, IAM, ITSM, APIs, telemetry, and IaC integrations.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM agent security and associated risks.

Preferred / Differentiating Skills

- Cisco Hypershield / Cisco AI Defense.
- Cisco Secure Workload, Cilium/eBPF, Illumio, Guardicore, or Palo Alto.
- AI/LLM security architecture, agentic threat modeling, AI red teaming.
- NIST AI RMF / NIST CSF.
- Experience in global banking or other regulated enterprises.
- CISSP, CCNP Security, CKA/CKS, or cloud security certifications.

Candidates should be able to own architecture and design decisions while remaining hands-on with complex policy, telemetry, integration, and security challenges.
