About the Role

We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and patient-focused Laser Therapist / Laser Assistant to join our aesthetic and dermatology team.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in laser treatments, skin care, aesthetics, and client care. The candidate will work closely with the doctor/dermatologist and clinic team to ensure that treatments are performed safely, efficiently, and according to established clinical protocols.

This role is suitable for both experienced laser therapists and motivated freshers who are willing to undergo proper training.

Key ResponsibilitiesLaser & Aesthetic Treatments

- Assist doctors and senior therapists during laser and aesthetic procedures.
- Perform approved laser treatments independently when trained and authorized to do so.
- Prepare the client, treatment room, equipment, and consumables before each procedure.
- Operate laser and aesthetic equipment strictly according to clinic protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure correct treatment parameters are followed as instructed by the doctor/senior therapist.
- Observe the client's comfort and skin response throughout the procedure.
- Immediately report any unusual skin reaction, discomfort, or concern to the supervising doctor/senior therapist.
- Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions to clients.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of treatment equipment.

Client Care & Consultation Support
- Welcome clients warmly and maintain a professional and reassuring environment.
- Understand the client's basic concerns and communicate treatment information clearly.
- Assist the doctor during consultations, assessments, and treatment planning when required.




- Explain routine pre- and post-treatment care in accordance with clinic-approved instructions.
- Follow up with clients regarding scheduled treatments and after-care when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, photographs, medical details, and treatment records.
- Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.

Clinic Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Check availability of consumables and inform the concerned person when stock needs replenishment.
- Maintain treatment records accurately.
- Follow all clinic SOPs, infection-control procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and consumables.
- Assist the clinical team during busy hours and support smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, professional appearance, and workplace etiquette.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/certificate in Laser Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, laser, or skin clinic will be an advantage.
- Freshers may apply if they demonstrate strong interest and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of skin types, common aesthetic concerns, and laser procedures is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and clinical protocols accurately.
- Comfortable working with clients from different backgrounds.




- Ability to work as part of a skilled medical/aesthetic team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, procedures, and equipment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of laser hair reduction.
- Basic understanding of different laser and light-based technologies.
- Familiarity with skin rejuvenation and pigmentation-related procedures.
- Basic knowledge of pre- and post-laser care.
- Client counselling and communication skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Sales or treatment-package counselling experience is an added advantage, where appropriate.
