Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using Laravel (MVC)

- Build RESTful APIs and backend logic to power web and mobile applications

- Write clean, productive, and secure code with thorough documentation

- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams

- Optimise application performance and handle integrations with third-party APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in backend development

- Strong hands-on experience in Laravel Framework (minimum v8+)

- Proficiency in MySQL database design and performance optimisation

- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party API integration (e.g. payment gateways)

- Familiarity with queues, jobs, and schedulers in Laravel

- Knowledge of version control (Git) and basic DevOps concepts

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good understanding of secure coding practices

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Vue.js, React, or any frontend framework

- Familiarity with Docker, Nginx, and Linux server environments
