Experience – 6 -8 years experience in Machine tool maintenance

Eligibility / Qualification Criteria: - Diploma/BE - (Electrical)

Role Experience (Consider what is actually required to do in the Job

-

 Preventive and break down maintenance of CO2 laser cutting machines, Press machines.

 Maintenance skill of Bystronic make Laser machines, Messer – Plasma machine, &

Press brake machines.

 Hands on experience on electrical control panels, servo drives & motors, PLC-

Siemens & Allen Bradly.

 Fault finding of electrical accessories, control & power ckt, Hydraulic ckt etc

 Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns or malfunctions, identifying the cause,

repairing, or replacing malfunctioning components.

 Safety awareness on how to use machinery safely and identifying potential hazards.

 Maintaining equipment records, machine manuals, machine spares at maintenance stores area.

 Basic knowledge of SAP PM Module and maintenance related transactions.
