- Laser Application Engineer/Sr Engineer

Experience: 2–8 Years

Location: Hosur and Gandhinagar

Industry: Laser Machinery

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize applications for Laser Cutting, Welding & Marking machines.
- Conduct customer trials, sample testing, feasibility studies, and process demonstrations.
- Develop laser parameters based on material, thickness, joint type, and application requirements.
- Troubleshoot and improve cutting quality, weld quality, marking quality, and cycle time.
- Support Sales, Service, R&D;, and customers for technical/application-related requirements.
- Prepare trial reports, parameter sheets, and application documentation.
- Visit customer sites for trials, machine commissioning, and process validation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Laser Cutting / Welding / Marking applications.
- Knowledge of fiber lasers, laser heads, optics, nozzles, lenses, and assist/shielding gases.
- Good understanding of materials and laser process parameters.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
