Job Overview

We are urgently looking for an experienced Laptop Repair Technician to provide on-site and off-site technical support across Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, excellent OS knowledge, and good customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging, storage, RAM, and other hardware problems.
- Install and configure Windows and other operating systems.
- Perform OS troubleshooting, software installation, driver updates, and system configuration.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions within the required timeframe.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers when required.
- Maintain qualified communication and excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper records of repairs and service activities.




- Fabrication expert, internal keyboard replacement, touchscreen replacement process aware.

Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in laptop repair and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Expertise in hardware diagnosis, OS installation, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and common software issues.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field/on-site service calls.
- Candidates residing in or near Greater Noida will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel across Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.
