We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Laptop & Desktop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting laptops and related accessories, and meet sales targets. Your goal is to make the shopping experience seamless and informative, helping customers find products that best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales:

o Greet customers warmly and establish a friendly, welcoming rapport. o Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable products.

o Demonstrate the features and perks of various laptops, explaining technical specifications in a clear and accessible manner.

o Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (e.g., laptop bags, software, warranties) to increase sales.

o Handle customer inquiries, product returns, and warranty claims with professionalism and efficiency.

1. Product Knowledge:

o Stay up-to-date with the latest laptop models, features, and technology trends. o Be knowledgeable about various operating systems, laptop brands, and technical specifications.

o Provide expert advice and information on laptop performance, compatibility, and user needs.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. o Maintain accurate sales records and report sales activities to management.

o Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

1. Inventory Management:

o Ensure that display units are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. o Assist with inventory checks, restocking products, and reporting low stock levels.

o Maintain product displays and arrange promotional signage.

1. Customer Support:

o Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and satisfaction. o Provide assistance with product setup or troubleshooting as needed.

o Maintain a professional and positive approach when dealing with customer concerns and complaints.

Working days: Monday – Saturday (6 days) Day shift- 9:30AM – 6:30PM

Location: Gurgaon, Sohna Road

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurugram, Haryana 122003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
