Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct lab testing, calibration, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Manage laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and personnel supervision.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones through research and development initiatives.

- Ensure accurate recording of test results, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in microbiology or related field (pharmaceutical/FMCG).

- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or relevant life science discipline; Master's degree preferred.

- Solid understanding of microbial culturing techniques, media preparation, and microscopy principles.

- Proficiency in lab management software such as LIMS systems for tracking samples and results.
