Kotak Mahindra Bank is Hiring for Relationship Manager-(NR)

This is "Contact Centre Branch" (Non-Branch Banking) based Job,

Job Role: Relationship Manager-NR

Position Grade: Deputy Manager- M2

Job Location: Mumbai (Western Line) & Thane (West)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Bank Poyroll) Male & Female both candidates can apply.

Shift: Rotational shifts including night shifts (applicable for male candidates) For Females Day Shift

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 2 month notice period can apply

Salary Details:

- CTC: Up to 5,00,000 per annum.
- Incentives: Up to 25,000 per month (performance-based)

Eligibility:-

- Must be at least minimum 1 year to 5 years of Sales Experience with Banking or Non-Banking both will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:- 1. Customer Acquisition:

- Acquire NRI customers through targeted campaigns and relationship-building activities
- Achieve customer acquisition targets and contribute to overall NTB (Recent to Bank) performance

2. Product Promotion and Funding:

- Promote initial account funding and relevant banking products to NRI clients
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and compliance guidelines

3. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

4. Customer Support:

- Address and resolve customer queries effectively
- Guide customers through onboarding and banking processes

5. Required Skills and Competencies:

- Good understanding of banking regulations and KYC norms
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Familiarity with banking systems and digital platforms
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally
