About The Role This is a permanent, in-house Phone Banking Officer (PBO) position at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. in Thane-West, which is a Contact Centre Branch (Non-Branch Banking) based job. This role offers a fixed salary plus high incentives and is permanently based in the office (not work from home).

Responsibilities

- Attend inbound calls from customers in Retail Liabilities and process queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
- Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling (banking products) on customer's calls.
- Ensure quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target).
- Adhere to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- Be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.
- Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance.

Requirements





- Must be having at least 1 Year of experience into any kind of Customer Service with Voice/Calling with BPO, IT, Banking, BFSI & any other industry can also apply.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
- Versatile to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9 hours with late evening and night shifts.
- Age should be 20-30 years only.
- Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge.
- Possess an upbeat, positive can-do attitude & works with integrity.
- Be a team player, collaborative, and self-motivated, including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
- Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers.
- Candidate must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Minimum Graduate with any stream Or Post Graduate with any stream.
- Comfortable to work in 24x7 based rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- For Females: Comfortable with any of 9 Hours Shifts from 7.00 AM to 8.00 PM (No Night Shift).
