About The Role This is a permanent job as a Virtual Relationship Manager with fixed salary and high incentives, working in a contact centre branch with no customer visits or field work.

Responsibilities

- To exclusively handle Wealth/Privy Outbound calls and schedule equivalent experience profiles from other competitors.
- To provide differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers with cross-training in cards, liabilities, assets, etc.
- To do sales with assigned customers based on mapped profiles.
- To measure outcomes based on NPS, Service Level, Service Quality, and Sales.
- To ensure quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.

- To ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- To complete logs specified by the process and adhere to Information Security norms and quality process norms.
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process and act on feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality.

Requirements





- Candidate must have at least 1.0 year to 6.0 year experience in sales with Banking or BFSI sectors.
- Other than Banking or BFSI, experience in Outbound Sales, Branch Sales, or relevant job profiles can also apply.

- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities are required.
- Candidate should be between 20-32 years old and female candidates are preferred.

- Must be confident, willing to learn, and have a flair for knowledge with an upbeat, positive can-do attitude and work with integrity.
- Must be a team player, collaborative, self-motivated person, and able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers, and customers.
- Minimum Graduate with any stream or Post Graduate with any stream is required.
