Role Description As Kitchen Staff at Beyondburg Inc, you will support daily back-of-house operations in a busy specialty burger kitchen. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves preparing ingredients, assembling burgers and sides, and following standardized recipes and portion guidelines. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, operate basic kitchen equipment safely, and ensure food is stored and handled according to company standards.

The role also includes coordinating with team members, communicating clearly with the serving staff, and assisting with inventory checks,



restocking, and closing/opening duties as required. You will be expected to follow health and safety protocols and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

- Robust Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with the ability to follow recipes and standard procedures consistently.
- Commitment to Hygiene and food safety, including proper cleaning, sanitizing, and safe handling of ingredients.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Customer Service awareness, with a focus on supporting timely and accurate orders and a quality guest experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and safety; prior experience in a restaurant or QSR kitchen is an advantage.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- No formal degree required; training will be provided, but prior culinary or food service experience is preferred.
